Lotus Reach Annual 5k
To accomplish all our goals each year we hold a family friendly 5K run/walk as a fundraiser.
Saturday May 6th at Sunset Hill Park
Fun family friendly event.
The race T-shirt design this year is going will be created by a 4th of 5th grade student from Northview Elementary. We are going to work with the art teacher at a different school each year that we provide for and have a contest for the students to design our race T-shirt.

We cordially invite you to participate in the 6th Annual Lotus Reach 5K, part of the 2023 Gold Cup Race Series. This event will raise money for Lotus Reach, Inc., where our mission, duty, and purpose is to provide for local children in need. In 2021 we provided for over 250 children in Porter County and hope to help even more in 2022! Your activism will help Lotus Reach achieve the following:
Provide new clothes, shoes, socks, coats, undergarments, and other necessary items to children in need.
A monetary donation made to the “Backpacks and Snacks” program in our local schools. This program supplies children food for the weekends.
A $1,500 scholarship awarded to a local high school senior who is involved with volunteer opportunities that serve our community.
This family friendly event will be held on Saturday, May 6th, 2022, at Sunset Hill Farm in Valparaiso, IN. The 5K will start at 8:30 a.m. There will be food, refreshments and door prizes given out after the race.
